Jenn Kaaoush

A fourth generation Army Veteran, Jenn Kaaoush hails from Monterey, California. After her time in the service, she also served as a Diplomat in the Middle East for six years at US Embassies in Jordan and Qatar. While in Jordan, she started a Non-Profit Organization called “Books For Change” to support the education of Syrian refugees, specifically women and children. The organization raised funds and awareness that enabled key support of a learning center near the Za’atari Refugee Camp, the largest in the region.

Prior to her time overseas, Jenn found her love of real estate while serving on the lending side as a closer for residential loans. She quickly moved from lending to sales and became a Realtor. After seeing the benefits of home ownership through her closings, Jenn started purchasing her own investment properties, creating a personal + active understanding of the process of expanding and managing real estate portfolios.

Community, and creating community are high on Jenn’s values. She has served as an Economic Development Commissioner in her hometown and as the PTA President for two terms at her children’s school. She currently serves on the Town of Superior Parks and Recs advisory board. She knows that part of finding a home, especially when living outside of the desired area, means more than just finding “the house”.  Jenn brings over ten years of knowledge and a wide spectrum of industry know-how as well as a robust emotional intelligence which enables her to hold clients in a space of confidence, security and empathy while they move through their home buying or selling experience!

When Jenn isn't helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you'll likely find her motorcycle racing or exploring home amenities that inspire fellow motorsports enthusiasts.
