Whether we've been friends for a long time, we just met, or we haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related...and I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!

I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Jenn has been involved in real estate since the early 2000s. She’s been through market ups and downs, pricing shifts and moves, and lending scares and streamlines. Jenn is also a homeowner, investor, and property manager. These experiences have made her confident in navigating the ever-changing scope of what a real estate transaction can look like. Whether it’s a multiple offer bid or a cash buyer investment, she’s successfully managed the full spectrum of all things real estate.

On the selling side, Jenn knows how to put on a show for prospective buyers. She fine tunes the showings and the presentation of her clients’ homes and has a wide range of marketing tools available. She knows which levers to pull to attract the buyers to communities and neighborhoods to get the best offer for her clients.

On the buying side, Jenn is a strategist in the home search, the offer, and the negotiation. She is extremely communicative with her clients in the way that they prefer and available and flexible in their preferred schedule. Jenn has a track record of creating positive experiences with counterparts in the process and a long and qualified list of vendors to support clients once they are in their new home.

Outside of real estate, Jenn uses the benefit of her elected role to stay informed on local and regional issues that would affect housing, businesses, and communities in general. This gives Jenn’s clients the benefit of a highly informed Broker regarding considerations that may affect longer term housing decision-making.

When not working with clients, Jenn is heavily involved in the University of Colorado ROTC. As a Veteran herself, Jenn loves working with the military and students aspiring to become future leaders of the armed forces. Jenn is also a fierce advocate for fire survivors and has been an integral part of the recovery from the Marshall Fire. She travels to other fire areas like Lahaina/Maui to support and advocates regularly in Washington D.C. in areas of fire recovery and housing needs.
